EU court rules against Britain over power plant emissions
BRUSSELS (Reuters) - The European Court of Justice ruled against Britain on Wednesday, finding that it had failed to respect EU limits on nitrogen oxide emissions from the coal-fired Aberthaw power plant in Wales.
